Williams says he’s Prince’s son

A Colorado prison inmate is claiming he is Prince son and should inherit the late music legend fortune.

Prince has no known surviving children and did not have a will.

Carlin Williams is currently in federal prison in Florence for firearm possession. On Monday, he filed a paternity claim stating he the “sole surviving legal heir.”

In court documents, Williams mother claims she and the singer met in the lobby of a hotel in Kansas City in July 1976 and had unprotected sex. Nine months later, wholesale nfl jerseys https://www.cheapjerseysfreecom.top she gave birth to her son.

Under Minnesota law, if a DNA test proves the singer had a child, they get the multi million dollar estate.

“If there is a lineal heir to Prince, that individual or those individuals inherit it all. His sister and other siblings will get nothing,” said 9NEWS Legal Analyst Scott Robinson. “There an enormous pot of gold at the end of this rainbow for anyone who can prove they are a child of Prince.”

The first official paternity claim filed comes just days after a court ordered DNA testing of Prince blood.

The “Purple Rain” singer died at his Paisley Park compound in Minnesota on April 21 and his body was cremated. Blood was taken from the late singer during the autopsy and that could be used in paternity tests.
